Growing up in the Midwest, in a family with a background in agriculture and construction, Charles is no stranger to hard work. By way of the United States Marine Corp he found his way to Beaufort in the mid 90's. His experience and work ethic led him to form Advanced Irrigation in 1998. He has attended TORO University for irrigation system design, installation and repairs, as well as taken various courses on landscape design and management.  

Charles enjoys life in the Lowcountry and is an avid hunter, fisherman & golfer.  He is committed to giving back to the community supporting local organizations including  Beaufort Charities, Beaufort Water Festival, Beaufort Water Search and Rescue, and the Beaufort County Sheriffs Office.
